Excellent service. I went to buy some stuff for our pet dog and I was helped to choose the correct ones.

Not all Tiendanimal but this one. I will never return because people don't know how to treat people with respect. I've had to write this review 4 times hopefully this time it won't be rejected but people need to know how this store at this location treats people! The cashier had a HORRIBLE attitude and she doesn't need to work in a place where customer service is expected. I have posted the receipt so you know who you are as you are the one that tried to take my joy in shopping for my fur baby's birthday and tried to embarass me. Well tit for tat!

It is not a good place to take your pet to get a bath. I had an appointment on Thursday the 29th at 2:00 pm and they called me around 11 telling me to change the appointment for Friday because I had to go to the doctor, that is not enough, but I paid to have my dog's hair cut with scissors and a clipper and they only used the clipper. I specified that I did not want them to cut it that short and that they should give her a cut with a round face or round ears and it seemed like they spoke to her in another language why did they do the opposite. There are parts that still have very long hair and other parts that are even very haircut. I specified that they should remove the hair that she has inside her ears and the hair is still there or is the truth that it is not a good place to take your pet, they did not even cut her nails, the truth is that everything is very bad. And I still called to say that I'm not happy at all and the girl from the store was all rude and said that the hairdresser already left. The truth is that the worst thing is that I hope they solve something for me or give me my money back and I'm not giving less stars because it's not possible.

Order delayed, no one knows where it is, Tiendanimal blames the carrier, the carrier blames the store. I'm the one affected! No response, no options either. No one in the office answers, no one knows who the carrier is. I need to contact them, how? No one knows anything, no one says anything, no one does anything... Well, I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews, it seems to me to be a very complete site in terms of pet accessories, feed... Whenever I go and ask them for help, they advise me well and without problem (logically, if I see them with a lot of work, I wait patiently. I doubt there is much urgency or rush in buying a bone-shaped badge for your dog). I go there a lot and I will continue shopping there thanks to the attention I receive.
